Having proficient language skills is a vital characteristic in maintaining personal and client relationships, beneficial, even necessary in our culturally diverse country. Different cultures have different meaning of words, behaviors and gestures and being able to communicate and relate with them helps me to understand the depth of their concerns and needs and it also contributes to broadening my worldview.
