Allied Health/Service Provider & GPs Referrals
If you’re a GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist, you can make a referral in the patient’s name. The referral letter should be addressed to Psychology Rooms, Sydney and include:
Your name and date of birth
Diagnosis & symptoms
Request for therapy services and number of sessions you are being referred for.
