TransformNow’s inception in 2013 marked the formalisation of a journey that commenced long before, fueled by a resolute commitment to improving the health and fitness of our clients. This commitment was born from personal adversity as I navigated a maze of medical diagnoses and treatments following a diagnosis of a ‘mysterious nerve pain syndrome’ and ‘autoimmune disease’ in my early 20s. Despite seven spinal surgeries and bleak prognoses from conventional medical practitioners, I refused to accept a life of disability and sought alternative approaches to healing.
