Home Health Aide (hha) 3 Week
This program is designed to prepare you for employment as a home attendant or a home health aide (HHA). As a Home Health Aide, you will be able to help the disabled and those with long term illness perform activities of daily living. Our program integrates medical theory with skills-based, practical training. These courses cover the basics of infection control, domestic violence, first aid, HIV/AIDS, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, vital signs, homecare skills, client care and client safety. Upon completion of our program, you will be ready to work as a Home Health Aide and/or start the path to a nursing career.

Fiber Optic training
This introductory fiber optic tech course is designed for anyone interested in becoming a Certified Fiber Optic Technician and is a pre-requisite for any of the specialist Certifications. This Fiber Optic Training combines theory and 85% hands-on activities to prepare the student to take the CFOT (Certified Fiber Optic Technician) test that is sanctioned by the FOA (Fiber Optics Association) and given and graded the final class day. This course also introduces the student to industry standards governing FTTD (Fiber To The Desk), FTTH (Fiber To The Home), and Distribution Cabling. Students will learn how to identify fiber types, recognize various connectors used in fiber installation; and install, terminate, splice, and properly test installed fiber cable to existing standards.
