To assess the correlation of urine loss rate after catheter removal with long-term continence after robot-assisted radical prostatectomy. We enrolled 163 patients on whom robot-assisted radical prostatectomy was carried out and whose urine loss rate we were able to evaluate after catheter removal. Urinary incontinence was evaluated from immediately after removal of the catheter to the date of discharge, and at 1, 3, 6 and 12months after surgery.
