Neurological manifestations in COVID-19 are well described. We describe a 15-year-old girl with acute focal deficit with altered sensorium due to massive right intracerebral hemorrhage following a hypertensive emergency and acute on chronic kidney disease. She was found to be COVID positive by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
