Juvenile granulosa cell tumors (JGCTs) are rare ovarian tumors with overall good prognoses. They differ from adult granulosa cell tumors (AGCTs), which are well known for late recurrence. Most JGCTs (～97%) occur in individuals G missense point mutation of FOXL2 gene (characteristic of AGCT but absent in JGCT) allowed differentiation from AGCT.
