Results A total of 33 patients were enrolled and contributed 66 plasma and 55 fpDBS dabigatran samples. The average patient age was 74.6 ± 7.9 years, mean creatinine clearance 58.1 ± 18.3 mL/min, and CHA2DS2-VASc score 3.5 ± 1.6 points. The dabigatran concentration ranged from 41.8-1421.7 ng/mL.
