For example, just for argument's sake, let's say we make a pot of 10% ownership that is about aside for that employees. Which means that employees can easily their share of this 10% gradually. The pool of "owners" will grow with time, nevertheless the workers also sell their shares in the process. Anyway, they'd be ahead for the game. They'd be getting their salaries plus this partial ownership of the company, maybe with dividends
