When I visited Alaska almost three decades ago, I had told together with tour guide that of all states in the nation, Alaska had the highest incidents of rape. Excellent sense in case you have every visited Nome, and then there are more bars on every street corner as compared to NYC. Yet, Sarah Palin as Governor of Alaska has not addressed difficulty. Why should she? She doesn't believe in abortion within the of rape or incest. A Governor is alleged to act on behalf of the people she represents, regardless of her own beliefs.
