In data analysis; descriptive statistics, Pearson's χ2 test, Mann-Whitney U test, and Wilcoxon Sign tests were used. FINDINGS There was a significant difference in anger management levels of the experimental group after the adaptation theory-based therapeutic approach program. CONCLUSION Study results showed that the adaptation-base therapeutic approach is effective in adolescent's anger management.
