A 46-year-old man underwent open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) of left scapular, humerus, and clavicle fractures after a snowmobile accident. He subsequently developed severe left infraspinatus weakness with electromyogram evidence of suprascapular entrapment at the spinoglenoid notch.
