Thymic adenocarcinoma is a rare disease and enteric-type thymic adenocarcinoma is even more rarely found. We report a resected case of a non-mucinous, enteric-type thymic adenocarcinoma in a 53-year-old woman. The operation was performed by median sternotomy, and the tumor was stage II in the Masaoka classification. Six months after the operation, recurrence-free follow-up is currently underway.
