Long-term azacitidine (AZA) treatment is necessary for its maximal therapeutic effect. This study examined the continuity and efficacy of AZA treatment in real-world use. We conducted a retrospective study in 38 patients who had completed AZA treatment at the Ogaki Municipal Hospital between April 2011 and August 2019. The median number of AZA received cycles was 4.
