Blastocysts biopsied in day 7 was associated with a significant decrease of euploid rate compared with day 5/6 (OR 0.47, 95% CI 0.39-0.57, p less then 0.0001, I2 = 69% and OR 0.68, 95% CI 0.61-0.75, p less then 0.0001, I2 = 19% respectively).
