The research of this fire-retardant properties of the substances had been done making use of the restricting air index (LOI). In this study, polyester resin (PE) was used as a matrix for moulding, plus the LOI worth of pure PE was 22.53%. The LOI worth risen up to 24.71% whenever PE was offered with 1 wt.% of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (HCCP), thus showing that HCCP has good fire-retardant properties. The result show
