ADHD Assessment A thorough ADHD evaluation is conducted during a private consultation by an experienced psychiatrist. The assessment includes symptom questionnaires and checklists as along with an interview. After you have been diagnosed your private doctor will write to your GP asking them to take over the prescription of medications under the terms of a Shared Care Agreement. You may have to inform DVLA of your diagnosis in the event that you drive. P
