We read with great interest the article by Laure et al (1) where the authors investigated the accuracy of liver stiffness measurement (TE-LSM) in distinguishing porto-sinusoidal vascular liver disease (PSVD) from cirrhosis in patients with signs of portal hypertension (PH).
