Objective We review the clinical outcome of endoscopic frontal trephination and osteoplastic flap in patients with frontal sinus disease after bifrontal craniotomy.Methods The clinical data of patients with frontal sinus disease after bifrontal craniotomy between 2008 and 2018 were studied.Results Twenty-two patients underwent trephination and 15 patients had osteoplastic flap.
