There is a lack of consensus around optimal surgical management for Legg-Calvé-Perthes Disease (LCPD). This case report discusses the benefits of combining arthroscopic femoral neck osteochondroplasty and labral repair with Morscher's Osteotomy (MO) for LCPD.
