BACKGROUND Gastric tuberculosis mimicking submucosal tumors is extremely rare and often misdiagnosed. CASE PRESENTATION Three cases of gastric tuberculosis mimicking submucosal tumors were identified among patients admitted to local county hospitals because of upper abdominal discomfort and pain, with gastroscopy showing gastric submucosal tumors.
