Fourteen grooves including 8circumferential and 6semi-circumferential were released, in 7patients. Average age at surgery was 9months (3-18months). Some patients had 1, 2or 3surgeries. The groove was localized in 7cases in the leg, in 4in the fingers and in 1in the thigh, toes and forearm. At the last average follow-up of 25months (12-41months), all parents were very satisfied with the aesthetic appearance.
