My recent trip through the United Airlines JFK Terminal was not entirely positive. The staff was welcoming and the check-in process was swift, so my trip started off well. Unfortunately, especially during rush hours, the station seemed very congested and had little seating alternatives. There were also very few dining options. On the plus side, boarding was quick and my flight was on time. Although it works well overall, there is room for improvement.
