I was quite impressed with KLM Airlines during my recent flight from KLM Airlines KWI Terminal. The welcoming staff's willingness to help made the check-in process simple and speedy. The station itself had plenty of seating and good food options, and it was tidy and comfortable. The cabin staff on the aircraft over delivered first-rate service, and boarding went smoothly. My encounter was uneventful and pleasurable overall. Without a doubt, if I were to go again, I would use KLM!
