For D-antigen quantitation, we have developed the VaxArray Polio Assay Kit, a multiplexed, microarray-based immunoassay that uses poliovirus-specific human monoclonal antibodies currently under consideration as standardized reagents for characterizing inactivated Sabin and Salk vaccines.
