A pre-test and post-test study was performed to judge modification involving a mandated input targeted at culture modification. Nurses in clinical and managerial roles after all amounts attended appropriate sessions. All were asked to take part in assessment steps. N=241 nurses participated within the evaluation (n=137 and n=104, pre-test and post-test, correspondingly). There was clearly a little but considerable improvement in organisational tradition indicating better adhocracy
