Here, we compared the effects of different physical forms of arabinoxylan (AX) - a microsphere of cross-linked arabinoxylan (CAX) in a Ca2+-alginate matrix (MC) and physical mixture of AX and alginate (PM) on gut microbiota and development of obesity in C57BL/6J mice.
