Real Estate Videography

Videography is one of the most in-demand skills for Real Estate Videography agents to provide their clients. Whether you are trying to win more listings, sell your current stock, or even start a new career with an upstart agent, offering video tours can make you stand out from the crowd. Don't call yourself a videographer or say that you are providing home 'video' tours. We all know that these days it's called video production. There is nothing wrong with being proud of what you do and who you are but always refer to yourself as a videographer so people don't think your recording device is broken. Obviously, there will be occasions when you may not be able to control what is said as part of the recording but these types of comments should be minimal.

Be prepared when it comes to providing a video tour. One of the most common mistakes that agents make when trying to shoot their own video tours is that they try and wing it and don't do any research in advance. You can't expect people to come out of anywhere and sign up for your services if you haven't provided an incentive or demonstrated value. Make sure you know who will be there beforehand so you can prepare yourself accordingly. In other words: Know your audience! Don't skimp on equipment just because you aren't planning on making your living with these skills. Even if you are using someone else's equipment, do it right. Real Estate Photographer Nothing screams unprofessional more than seeing a poor-quality video tour online or in print media.
