There is a lack of fully validated patient-reported outcome measures for progressive fibrosing interstitial lung disease (PF-ILD). We aimed to validate the King's Brief Interstitial Lung Disease questionnaire (KBILD) for measuring health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in these patients.
