Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitors are increasingly used in untreated and previously treated chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) patients. Invasive fungal infections (IFI) were rarely observed in patients treated for CLL in the pre-BTK era.
