We evaluated the in vitro activity of plazomicin against other aminoglycosides in 122 clinical carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae isolates using several clinical susceptibility breakpoints. Plazomicin had excellent in vitro activity with 98% overall susceptibility.
