Results Among 34 heavily pretreated patients, objective responses were observed in 0/11 (0%) platinum-sensitive patients, 2/10 (20%) platinum-resistant patients, and 1/13 (8%) in the exploratory cohort. 16-week PFS rates were 55%, 50%, and 39%, respectively.
