World of Warcraft Item Upgrader The upgrader for items lets players improve their stats on armor and weapons. It requires Power Dices as well as the items required to perform the upgrade. Upgrades cost Valorstones and, based on the track you choose, you'll receive a certain amount of Harbinger Crests. There is also a chance to fail. If an upgrade fails, it will result in an item losing its status
