Colloidal PbS nanoplatelets (NPLs) are highly interesting materials for near-infrared optoelectronic applications. We use ultrafast transient optical absorption spectroscopy to study the characteristics and dynamics of photoexcited excitons in ultrathin PbS NPLs with a cubic crystal structure.
