Streptococcus gallolyticus subsp. pasteurianus is an unusual pathogen in infants, which causes sepsis and meningitis. We describe the clinical course and treatment of 15 infants with bacteremia and/or meningitis due to S. gallolyticus. Outcomes were favorable with limited neuroimaging findings.
