When I visited Alaska almost 2 decades ago, Having been told with the tour guide that out of all the states associated with nation, Alaska had a very high incidents of rape. Shed sense when you have every visited Nome, in which there are more bars on every street corner than in NYC. Yet, Sarah Palin as Governor of Alaska has not addressed this concern. Why should she?
