Inattentive ADD in Women Many women with inattentive ADD are able to find that juggling household chores, family responsibilities and relationships put stress on them. They may also find it extremely challenging to keep their jobs. Girls and women typically show less evident ADHD symptoms than men, so they are often dismissed as being snooty or romantic.
