The Revo NX is a new optical biometer, based on spectral domain optical coherence tomography and able to obtain high-definition scans of both the anterior and posterior segment of the eye. A previous study found that its measurements of axial length (AL) were not interchangeable with those provided by a validated optical biometer, so that the manufacturer updated the instrument to improve agreement of AL values.
