In this page, we submit a facile large-area uniform photolithography method utilizing vacuum assisted self contact technique to fabricate large-aperture membrane diffractive lens. We fabricated a φ 400 mm aperture membrane off-axis 2-levels Fresnel area Lens (FZL) in line with the method and attained uniformly distributed photoresist morphology in addition to over 36.6% average diffraction performance in complete aperture.
