Nasal vestibular cyst is a non-dental cystic mass that occurs under the skin at the base of the nasal vestibule. The primary treatment is a transnasal endoscopic excision of the cyst wall at the base of the nose to open the cyst wall at the base of the nasal cavity, namely, marsupialization.
