Furthermore, spontaneous tumors of MMTV-PyVT/Rlip+/+ mice showed no regression following Rlip knockdown. Finally, mice lacking one or both Rlip alleles differentially expressed markers for apoptotic signaling, proliferation, angiogenesis, and cell cycling in PyVT and Erbb2 breast tumors.
