The automobile corporations may well vehicles that don't use air. They have had the patents for very long time. The automobile corporations invested their profits into stocks of the oil and gas contractors. By making cars that use gasoline, they can also be making an income on the stocks they own. I assume global warming and order their grandchildren might not need an atmosphere to breathe does not matter for the time money
