The plot is comparable in most scary movies. There is usually someone that are in an isolated area or creepy house together and unexpected, life threatening things start happening with them. This frightens them and sets the tone of havoc throughout the film. It is sometime set in old dilapidated buildings or ghost towns to boost the intensity of the problem.
