NUC-1031 is a first-in-class ProTide modification of gemcitabine. In PRO-002, NUC-1031 was combined with carboplatin in recurrent ovarian cancer. NUC-1031 was administered on days 1 and 8 with carboplatin on day 1 every 3 weeks for up to six cycles.
