Western blot controls
Western blot is a tool that can't be left out of a modern biomedical research lab or any other lab that does research in other fields. It is a type of analysis that is mostly used in molecular biology and immunogenetics. Antibodies are used to find antigens in a specific way. "Blotting" is the process of moving proteins or nucleic acids from a planar gel to a microporous membrane. This includes both "spotting" and moving from a planar gel.
