Here is a simple, 15-minute Breathing Meditation for Anxiety you can do to help alleviate anxiety:
1. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
2. Close your eyes and take a few deep, cleansing breaths.
3. Begin to focus on your breath, noticing the rise and fall of your chest and the sensation of air moving in and out of your lungs.
4. Breathe normally and let your mind wander. If you find your thoughts starting to race, gently bring your attention back to your breath.
5. Continue for 15 minutes, then slowly open your eyes and stretch.
