Kisan Credit card Yojana is a scheme launched by the central government especially for farmers. Under this scheme, loans are provided to the farmers from the central government through banks for seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, tillage and other agricultural works. In the budget session 2018-19, it was decided to extend the benefits of this scheme to the farmers involved in animal husbandry and fish farming.
