How does bodybuilding affect height?
The bodybuilding process has no impact on height. It won't make you larger, nor will make you smaller. The notion that exercise in your early years can slow your growth is not true (though there an exception to this). If you follow a healthy diet and get enough sleep in your early years, your height will be dependent on your the genetic capacity.
Some people might claim that a weight-training program resulted in them becoming larger, they're wrong or lying. A better posture can help people to stand taller, but it doesn't make anyone larger or taller. The same way that climbing on your knees will make your body smaller.
