We present an instance with unique presentation and MRI findings. CASE REPORT A 21-year-old female served with a 3-month reputation for a swelling in lateral aspect of the right arm. There is no history of upheaval, shot, or surgery into the location. Examination showed a 3 × 3 cm firm mass when you look at the deltoid muscle. MRI conclusions were suggestive of myxoma. Surgical excision was done and histopathology showed the classic popular features of myositis ossificans.
