Hi there! I’m Jonathan Kelly, the proud founder of Saltys Lobster & Co, where we turn seafood into an adventure. Our story began in the heart of the pandemic, driven by a dream to share the true essence of New England with people everywhere. At the beginning, it all started with Instagram messages back and fourth with lobstermen, at this time all the restaurants were closed down and so they had no one to sell to. We took tons of drives and flights to Maine, making sure each lobster we served was as fresh as the sea. Now, Saltys has grown beyond a single food truck.
